“Tyger, Tyger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?”
— "The Tyger," William Blake

I thought about writing a letter to Prince Charming, but the communication between us is random and so hit-or-miss that I’m not sure it’s ever going to become anything. But he still has my “Get yourself to the poles” stripper tee shirt, so I definitely need to get that back.

“Blazing in gold and quenching in purple,
Leaping like leopards to the sky,
Then at the feet of the old horizon
Laying her spotted face, to die;

Stooping as low as the offer’s window,
Touching the roof and tinting the barn,
Kissing her bonnet to the meadow-
And the juggler of day is gone!”
— "The Juggler of Day," Emily Dickinson

We are the only poets, and everyone else is prose.
